Its Weir Tech out of Ontario, Canada.
There are a few tell-tale signs that say this isn't going into a CL/TL/Accord.
Im thinking either the front of a Civic (half sized EG rad, bent dipstick to clear the hood - seems as though the motor was previously installed in said Civic) or (what I would do) the back of something. MR2? Something custom? If its the back, why the half sized rad in front of the motor? Id run two on either side of the car and have vents shooting straight to it.
The one downside (and a big one IMO) is there is no aftercooler. Is that an M90 off a TBird? It'll move plenty of air for the motor, but that air is going to be hot. No bueno.

How would you put a FMIC on it? The charged air goes straight into the cylinders.

sucks in air then the fmi cools it down and the air wont be as hot as it was if it didnt have a fmi.
plus ud have to drive hoodless or have a huge hole in ur hood, and the air would cool down the sc a bit. anything helps. or just spray meth
im going turbo
turbo >sc
