no more CL-S soon

I thin I might be trading CL-S for an S2000 this week sometime. My friend is having a baby and needs to trade his S2000 for something with a little room in it. It is a 2001 with 24000 miles on it. it's got 17" konig rhythms (they look sweet) and it is in perfect shape. it will be an even swap. I asumme his payments and he would assume mine. It's just a thought right now but it sounds very likely. I'm 21 single and would like a droptop on top of everything else. what do you guys think?

Definately go for it. The S2K is the most fun, best sounding, most attention getting car I have ever driven or owned. I have LOVED it for two years and will probably buy another when I get a bigger garage.

Make sure you get a leather center console for it. It approves the interior 100%.

well I just got off the phone with him. we are going to swap cars for about a week today. I think its a good idea to swap for a while. that way we can both pick out little things about the cars that we like or don't like and maybe a few little things that need to get fixed if there are any. I know how much fun an S200o is but the bottom line is for the money the CL-S is a lot more car. but like you said "you only live once". I'll keep you guys posted on how I like it during the week. Also, if anybody out there owns an S2000 or has in the past feel free to E-mail me at VTECnologyB18C@aol.com with any tips suggestions or things to look out for. I know my address says B18C ok. I used to have an integra that I spent alot of time and money on and it holds a place in my heart. God that sounded sappy, sorry. anyway, keep me posted and I'll do the same

Dude, make sure you check out with your insurance ... if one of you wrecks the other's car, it could get really ugly.

I was driving my brother's car and hadn't checked with my insurance. Turns out, his had been canceled by our step-father (total prick). Well I got in an accident and did $6k worth of damage.

It took 7 months before the car was fixed because my insurance company had to pay for it.

Just FYI ...

The body kit has got to go... It looks like the back of one of those Ford F150s with the huge tires. I mrean really... how much do you honestly think that took off his times?

It's silver with a red interior and it also has an intake and an Apex V-AFC. believe it or not those cars run waaaayyyy rich and by leaning it out they are gaining 10-12 hp. It's a fast S2000

BTW I love this car. I love my CL-S but good god this thing is bad ass. Car mags do this thing no justice what so ever. these things are fast. you have to launch at 7000 rpms. 6900 and you'll bog, 7200 and you'll have so much wheele spin you won't go anywhere, but if you get it right, watch out! Vette killer. well maybe not Z06 but fast as hell all the same. no matter what happens I'll stay on this forum and I'll give more reviews of the S2000 soon

just gave it back. I won't have it again untill this coming up weekend. My CL-S feels huge now. But, god it's quiet and smooth and it has that thing called torque. I hate to say it but I think it's a done deal. I love the Stook. I will always give a big thumbs up to the CL-S's I pass though

Get it, but only if you've got bucks to go fully MUGEN.

Other than that, its dog ass slow until it hits VTEC.

I'd get a white one, change the emblems to red "H"'s, Carbon Fiber hardtop, and ALL MUGEN mods.

At least start out with the Neuspeed exhaust, it weighs 15lbs less than the stock one, looks better and opens up the VTEC sound a bit more.

CONGRATS!
