New best time after first mods
After installing the ice box, header and crank pulley i took the car to the track within 2 hours of getting it back from the shop which was premature on my part. I dont think the ECU fully adjusted to more air flow of the header, then on top of that my check engine light was on the whole time so I dont know what effect that had on the car. These were my best runs. I fried my clutch on the 99MPH one which bassically ended my night but it was some how still the best run of the night. On the 96mph everthing was perfect until i missed 4th gear at the end whiched slowed me down.

Looking at my 60 ft times, it doesnt really look like im having tractions issues now than im modded opposed to my first runs stock. My times were probally as low as they were because the car wasnt pulling as much on top end as it should have because of the computer.

Thats a damn nice 60' for street tires. Makes me wish I wouldnt have sold the dr's before the engine damper came out.
If the damper gets rid of hop like everyone says, I'll bet I coulda hit solid 13.8's with only an intake, prob like 13.5's if I had the same mods as you.

Also, you wouldnt have ran any more mph on that 14.6, since your mph on all the other sectors was slower than the 14.1. However your ET prob would have been closer to 14.10 on that run.

And good luck with the 13.7's, you'll need it.
Go ahead and beat my time all you want, I'll be impressed if you can beat my Cobra's time.

Lives in Boost
Nice times. High 13's are possible for our cars n/a. It's all about the launch and skills. I should be getting my car back getting some work done soon and will swap out the XS headers for the Comptech's and will post times when I go back to the track.

Its my winter/daily driver, so I got kinda bored with it. I have a car that responds much better to mods, and wont break if I try to push it hard. I actually sold the wheels/tires, so even if i wanted to I couldnt.
Plus why spend $1k on CT headers when the same amount into my Cobra could get me some wicked heads, that would prob bring me pretty close to high 10's if I upped the boost.

hey cls6spd. how were you launching? what did you launch it at? i cannot get shit traction at the track. i get consistent 2.4-2.5 60ft. i have bfg kdws and i am not a bad driver either. i even feather it at 2k and it still spins after 1st gear vtec. your track must have good ass launch pads.

i know very well what your talking about. its called feathering the gas. i get to much wheelspin if i launch at 4k. man you must be lucky to have a grippy ass track. we only have a 1/8th mile track and the best i can pull is a 9.6 with a 2.4 60ft. and a 77mph trap speed. if i can get my 60ft. to a 2.1 i'd be right around where you are.
