Its not going to hurt anything at all. The only chance of something going bad is if you were to have your filter from you CAI fall of because it wasn't put on tight enough. Other than that there is no chance of anything fucking up.

Because he is smoking crack. There is a law that protects you. Unless they can prove that was the cause of the problem then it does not void anything. There is no way your intake or headers will do any harm to your car.

Though the dealer has to prove your aftermarket part was the cause of the malfunction, they can drag this on long enough to make it a huge pain in the ass.

They can claim that it was and you can throw the whole Magnus Mosson (or whatever it's called) Act in their face, but they can still deny any work to be done. What are you gonna do? Take 'em to court. Yea, that takes a few weeks, if not months. What's the status of your car? ... still busted.

I don't know anyone that has been successful going up against a dealer that refused to uphold the warranty on a car with aftermarket items- even when presented with that Magnusblahblah Act. If someone knows of a situation, I'd like to hear it.

I have and Intake, V-AFC and springs. The headers and sways are on there way. As for the V-AFC, if you worried about stuff voiding your warranty, I would stay away from it till XephyrPerformance comes out with the harness. You have to tap into the cars computer and that is going to be hard one to fight the dealer on.

Except for the intake all comptech stuff is ok'd by Acura. So, the only thing you have to take off is your intake ;-)

If you would have done a search in our site, and spent some time researching, you would come upon the answer to the above questions atleast 10 times. This way you wouldnt have to make people that have already answered this a thousand times, answer it again. have a nice day.

I think amirsafdari is correct in pointing out the correct/better way to use the site. How else do people learn, buy not getting any response and thinking that no one cares? Actually amirsafdari cares enough to help educate.. IMHO

Gotta agree here, black cl-s forever...Amir has been around the forums for quite sometime, he's merely trying to help the newer members get the most out of what this board has to offer.

If it is that big of a deal... 1. Find a Acura Dealership that sells Comptech. This will show your folks these aren't hack parts.
2. Have the dealership install the parts.
That way your warranty is still good. No questons.

If you don't know what the V-afc is or what it does then why do you want it? Unless you are going to get your car dyno'd tuned, you don't need it.

Don't tell your parents. They'll never know about the headers but intake ...

My dad still thinks my car is totally 100% stock except for the tints.

The headers will actually HELP your car since it lets more exhaust out and help the car brethe better thus better for the engine.
