I pulled a all nighter putting this supercharger on. From 4:30 since i left work till 4 in the morning now.

Started it up and it was misfiring, surging and stalling.

all the sensors are plugged in, vacuum hoses are good, tripled checked it.

im pissed, the kit was missing one rubber flex tube from the ice box, couple of bolts i had to find, there was no ESM connectors....and i waited 5 months for this kit.
i had to search up for the ESM installation online in the process.

I had to spliced the wires in with electrical tape, soldering gun is at work...

what do you guys think?

 

I'm not positive but I think you might be having those problems because you didn't solder the ESM. Solder it as soon as you can and see if that takes care of the problems.

 

is this a used kit? and are u sure your using the low boost pulley?

UPDATE! I just soldered the ESM connections....Voltage at DVM port is @ 2.84Volts and Voltage at Neg And Pos wires at connector is 4.90v?

 

I could let the car idle, but its misfiring...and it i touch the throttle is begins to stall
