Navi Update

Does anyone here seen the newest version of Acura's Nav disc? I am probably going to be getting it shortly. Mine has been updated since the car was new, I think it has the '03 version. I went into one of Maryland's south counties a few weeks ago and the Nav couldn't get a fix on almost any addresses.

Anyway, anyone who has it, what kind of differences are there? I've heard the voice changes, but are the maps that much better? Any other features change?

I kinda like the voice in mine, btw, reminds me of "Fook-Yu" from Austin Powers "Goldmember"..........or is it "Fuk-Mi,"

Product Highlights
This year's update includes updated points of interest (POI) and map coverage. There are no additional navigation features

Not alot of change for 185.

I have the 2006 disk so there is no real reason to get this there may be more of a difference between your 2003 disk & this,

I will definately let you know. It'll probably be a couple weeks before I get it. I want to get tint and a Bluetooth contraption installed first so I can play my phone's music through the car's stereo. Then the disc.

Yeah, from what I understand Acura still makes them so they will work in our cars.

I'd get one every couple years maybe, otherwise not worth it...

I still have the original disc that came with my '01 CL-S. If anyone has replaced theirs an '03 or newer disc they are willing to part with, shoot me an email.

I may also be interested since I am rolling around with the '01 also. I moved into a new community and I do not think the '03 disc will have it, but for the right price I would still be interested. E at fitforlife@yahoo.com
