My baby(car) is going to be in the shop tomorrow and i hope they give me a courtesy car. That's what they said they'll give me and it's going to be the 2004 TL.

My car won't stop having a leakage through the driver side pillar. So their gonna just rip everything out of the driver side and try to find where the crack is. Can't believe Acura service says they can't guarantee anything if it still leaks. I'm just hoping they could fix it cause my leather seats are being abused by the rain just dripping right on top of the seats from the ceiling

If you have the same issue with your car more than 3 times the car can be labeled a "lemon" and I believe they have to take the car back or offer a settlement. Check your local motor vehicle department and they will have more info.

Lemon law. Depends on the state.

4 tries fixing a problem it the car that can have severe consequences (water inside the car can mess up the electronics).

They could not fix the problem after 4 tries (in the first 2 years). The dealer bought back the car.

Speaking of lemon law guys, My tranny just went out for the 3rd time and I've already had the recall. Do yall think I have a good case in having the car bought back?

Well dificult to say, it was my third tranny (including original) there was probably <10000 on this tranny before recall. After recall probaly around 5-6000 miles. IT SUCKS ASS!!!!
