Looking to add mods to my 2001 cls

Whats goin on...

I'm looking to upgrade my black/black cls. I've had the car for about 7 months now and love it.

Here is a list of things I'm thinking about getting

HKS Drager Axle-back Exhaust
AEM Intake
Comptech Headers
AEM Air By-pass Valve
Comptech Sway Bars
18 x 7.5 Inperio M-05 Wheel (hyper black)
ACP TOYO T1-S 225/40-18

My car is still fairly new, and I was wondering if installing any of these parts would void the warranty. Also, I was wondering if anybody could recommend anywhere I could go to buy and install these parts in the tri-state area includin Pennsylvania (the closer to the Lehigh Valley in PA or the Bronx in NY the better). I was thinking about just ordering the parts online from autocarparts.com and getting it installed at the dealership. Also, the rims I want have an offset of only +42, would that be a problem. Thanks for the help...

If you search this board you'll find Park Ave Acura in NJ is the place to go for mods. I can't believe I'm not suggesting do it yourself. Sooo if you want service check them out.

Thanks alot, I'll check those places out.

Would I be able to order parts through Park Ave Acura, or would I have to buy the parts myself and then get them to install them for me? Would any of the mods void the warranty?

How about a +42 offset on 18x7.5 rims? I know +48 is the preferred offset, but would +42 work? Also, would an offset of +52 work?
