ARE you sure it isn't ATF? It would be more of a reddish/orange color (or brown if it was really cooked off).
If you have it on the driver's side and depending on what your calling orange, it could be ATF.
If not, then check this out (from http://www.prenhall.com/autoweb/techtips/automatic.html)
What's leaking?
The color of the leaks observed under a vehicle can help the technician determine and correct the cause. Some leaks such as condensate (water) from the air conditioning system are normal, whereas a brake fluid leak is very dangerous. The following are colors of common leaks:
Sooty black -- engine oil
Yellow -- antifreeze (engine coolant)
Green -- antifreeze (engine coolant)
Blue -- antifreeze (engine coolant)
Orange-- antifreeze (engine coolant)
Red -- automatic transmission fluid (ATF)
Murky brown -- brake or power steering fluid or very neglected antifreeze (coolant)
Clear -- air conditioning condensate (water) (normal)

it's on the passanger side...if you're looking at it when you pop the hood it's right where the belts are or a little on the left. kinda on the wheel bay. it's definitely orange, i don't know what the hell...maybe the mechanic who installed my springs spilled some kool aid inside and forgot to wipe it off.
any idea about the vibration? only happens at park at idle?

Not sure about shake... Only at idle ... possibly the motor mount or related control system...

I thought my wifes car was leaking something red in the garage one time. Upon further inspection by me I see a fawking can of red soda on the ground. It must have fallen, roled under her car and had a tiney pin hole in it.
