IS300 sales slowing?

I see a lot of ads for the IS300 for $399 a month lease with $2374 down. Anyone else? CL ads have virtually stopped lately.

I have seen an increase of the ads in My area. For both CLS and TLS. They actually are showing the car more...

Shit. for 399 a month I would buy one when it gets the 5-speed.

With a 5-speed to give it decent numbers...

And a Navi +Armrest +the lil details its gettring next year to spice up the interior...

The IS wont be such a bad car for the price.

Would have ot be an extra car though. I would get tired of it real quick.

They'll probably jack up the price when the 5SPD comes out but hey, ya never know! At least a test drive is in order.

Wow, that's not a bad price for that car. Actually, the Lincoln LS is going for about the same. Still a bit cheaper than the CL-S.

I saw 3 ads for the CLS last night in a single hour of tv. Would've been better if they'd come up with decent ads. It's still the same stupid palm springs trip ad.

Why the hell would someone want to buy store-bought rice?

Unless you're so rich that you're too lazy to actually do aftermarket mods and just want a car that looks ricey right out of the showroom, I don't see a reason to buy an IS300.

The Jag Stype has a $499 $1500 down lease running here in Chicago.

Part of the reason that the IS can offer such a good price is in the excellent resale value of the Lexus marque. There will be a great market for the off lease cars with young people.

By the way, that Corolla joke is way stale. It is as much a Corolla as the CLS is a Civic.

The car gets great reviews. Test drive one. Not a damn thing wrong with it.
And please don't blast it for not having things that it was never intended to have. Like leather, nav etc...

Alright, IS300 flame post again . Ok I'll bite

Yeah it is a corolla, CLS is an Accord. I'll take an Accord over Corolla anyday. IS300 is a decent vehicle however it needs some additional features such as a manumatic that is actually useful, armrest, about 25 more horses, radio controls on the steering wheel. Other than that its a decent car, although in no way a competitor to the CLS. More like a competitor to A4 and 325.

You know, I was driving hoe today and was sitting next to an IS300. In front of the IS was a last generation 4 door Civic. The lines look remarkably similar. I just sat there at 2 different lights looking at the cars and was stunned at how similar they are. The IS has a slightly more aggressive slant to the hood and a lower greenhouse, but they're almost identical. Weird.
