installing pro kits

anyone do there own springs and shocks, how hard is it to use the spring compressor. just to let you know my pops is going to help and he basically built a tr6 and just built my brothers engine so he is good like that.

if that is the case, it is easy as hell...the spring compressing takes about 40 minutes total for the two fronts, since you need to compress to get out and compress to get it in...but the back...you just need to compress in order to get it out of the struts...its good workout, dont pay others to do it...

hell no i will not bring it to a shop. i will buy my pops lunch and we will do it for free. i will probably do shocks too, i think my best bet would be to do the fronts then maybe do the backs after that. if it takes too long to do all four(or eight including shocks) another day.
