If your car was stolen, what would u replace it with?
If your car was stolen, what would u replace it with?
I'm not too familiar with how much money my insurance company would give me (someone can answer this question), but if they gave me around $26,500 (i may be wrong, so feel free to correct me with a realistic figure), i'd pick myself up an '03 6MT Anthracite w/ Navi. Now this wish might also be a bit too far-fetched considering I can only afford to pay my $496.83 finance payment.
Considering your own financial situation, what would you do with what the insurance company gives you? I cant even think of another car that would size up against the CLS in both performance and value, so help me out.

id get a used C5 corvette 99 or 2000....non-Z06 kind with the glass top....and then id mod it to be as fast, if not faster than a Z06 (a kit is available for less than 2,000 that ups the standard vette (350hp) to the z06 range (405hp) not including install..
I think I'd probably get a 350z at the moment. But I'd drive around in my jeep until the roadster version was available.
Hard question to ask...
Especially with Dodge comming out with a new hemi charger...
At the moment I'm going to keep my CLS for another 1-2 years. Then get rid of her. I figure I will have a better grasp on the market then. Especially since all of the HP wars have just really started.

Maybe $20,000, according to KBB.

None of the above (cars), I'd get a Tundra.
How much you'd get from insurance depends on the price of an equivalent used vehicle in your area. A 2001 CLS lists for 21-24 around here.

Dream: 2003 MDX fully loaded
Reality: 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback, preferrably from the SW part of the country to limit the Cancer on the body and frame.
I have other modes of transportation, so I wouldn't sweat it. Be nice to have a new 6 speed, but I know what my next car would be, that 7th Mustang!
