I have seem some posts about getting the dash kit from autocarparts.com but honestly I'm not trying to stick pieces of metal over what I've got now. I want the same exact pieces from the 2003 interior. Has anyone thought about just ordering these pieces as replacement parts and just installing them?

 

Yup, lots of people have thought about it. Problem is you cannot buy the door pieces. They are only available by purchasing the entire inner door skin.

Your best bet is to find someone with an 03 that wants to trade. Getting the door pieces off is not easy, have to melt or cut off the plastic rivets that hold them on.
