I want so bad to convince my father to buy me a 6-speed. Any ideas on how I could do this? Ive used "the safety of OnStar," the "better winter ability the manual tranny offers," and the safety of having a tranny that does not blo out while Im driving down the interstate. He seems to be on the edge, just one thng needed to push him over.

im having the same problem. i want a new RSX type-S but i don't know how to convince my dad. i want something smaller than the TL. also i want to rice it out pretty badly, something i cant do to a TL. it was a gift so i dont know how to even bring up the subject of trading it . i need something good because the reason he bought the TL was because it was a big ass car.
