Polietly raise hell until you get a new bumper cover. If they say you live in a front-plate state, tell 'em you're moving to Michigan (or some other one plate state). Or just tell em to piss off, they had no right to drill the bumper. Either way, demand a new bumper cover

fuck that, i'm a bastard when it comes to being a consumer. if u drilled holes in my bumper, i'd be asking you for a new car, and if you couldn't deliver, i'd back out of the deal.... that blows, the manufacturers front bracket doenst even call for holes in the bumper.... anyway, my plate is off, i'm in jersey, its required, but i dont care, the car looks better anyway....

Explain?
I'm planning to purchase an 03 CL. I also do not want holes in my bumper cover. Can someone explain in some detail what is the proper mounting proceedure? Or point me to a link that describes it? Thanks.
