I noticed Autocarparts.com is taking orders for SC

3999.99
$75 shipping

But in the details section it says CARB certification pending...
So I guess its just a matter of getting state approval?

Would this be the final step or hurdle?

It's actually $3995.16 + $75shipping.

Same price as the one for the accord.

Good thing they didn't jack up the price .

Hey I just checked it out, they didn't say anything about the '03 sixspeed! So is comptech dropping the S/C for the '03 model just because it has bigger lights?
WTF?!?!?!

This might sound dumb but, can headers be added to this set-up??? We are talking 32hp from headers + 42-48hp from S/C. That is a lot of freaking horsepower for a front wheel drive setup. Stock at 260 and then headers/sc = 340hp NOT including intake/pulleys/exhaust. Ok, one more time

Of course headers can be added... also, you could swap the pulley on the S/C to a smaller one, and probably get and additional 25-30 HP out of the s/c.. SO....

.... only question is, can the Tranny handle it

I installed a Vortech V2 Supercharger Kit on my friends 2000 Maxima SE. It was a very time consuming job, 2 full days, Sat and Sunday, but after we were done, that car hauled ass!

I will wait a bit longer before ordering one, I want to make sure all the kinks are worked out. Also I recommend if you want to get headers, do it before you get the SC. It will be a pain to install the Headers afterwards since the SC will be in the way.
