I HAVE TO STOP COMING HERE!!!
I just went out yesterday and bought all this shit for my car:
- Comptech Springs
- Comptech Sways
- Koni Yellow Shocks
- Denso Spark Plugs
- Apexi V-AFC
- AEM CAI w/Bypass Valve
- AEM Pulleys
AND now I am thinking of making a trip to FL to visit Doug at Rick Case Acura. I thought that I would be happy enough once I got the Comptech headers & Comptech exhaust put on... Well I am going to give Park Ave a call today to get a price to install all this crap. I might get my car back in a few days! Anyway, let's just stop talking about nitrous and other mods so my pockets don't feel so light, ok

Why buy a special edition car and not drive it like it was meant to be driven

badazz,
I know what you mean. I blame this forum for the MAKING me buy springs and sways. After hearing people here talk about how great thier cars handle, I could not resist.
Hell, I think Comptech should fund this site. Maybe they do and the moderators work for comptech. I full of all kinds of theories today. Or maybe I just don't want to work today.

Not too bad. I have to leave the car for a couple days, and it is going to be about 700 for everything to be installed (except for the V-AFC). I also have Park Ave checking some other things out as well

Let's see....
Ok
Get that 3.5
Oops -- not enough power to the ground...
Get those light wheels and tires.
Oops -- found an old hemi that beat me
get that super charger.
Oops -- tranny gears are too wide.
get that retro-fit manual and conversion.
Ooops -- some got a few inches ahead in the curves
get those coilover's and gas shocks
oops -- found a Shelby Cobra that beat me
Get that head work and big valve job
oops -- couldn't out-run that police helicopter
Start drilling holes, get the carbon fibre, get some heat seeking missiles...
oops -- found a top fuel dragster that could beat ya.
Put bicycle tires on the rear and put an 8 liter engine in the front -- screw the hood, put in a complete RWD conversion.
Wife divorces you, but you have a trailer down at the drag strip...

If a person owns a trailer, does that make him trailer trash???
Kinda like
"if a tree falls down in the forest with nobody around, does it make a sound?"
Or
"Why did the chicken cross the road?"
