My emissions deadline for my CL is today, I live in maryland but work in dulles VA so the earliest I could get home is around 6 30 and even though they close at 7 i figured the place will be packed. So I call up my friend and ask her to swap cars with me for the day and to go do my emissions for me since she works in maryland. She has a 02 Civic EX coupe, from the moment that I sat in the car it was like day and night compared to my car. Its weird because I use to ride in her car for like 3 years before I got my CL and its like now I dont know how I didnt notice some of the things I notice now. I think the biggest noticable thing between the cars is the amount of out side road noise that you hear the civic but not in the CL and then the ride difference wew. this can go on and on but we will leave it where it is. Oh yea the funniest things about driving the civic today was trying to put it in 6th gear and then trying to skip a CD track on the steering wheel lol. I miss those features

Same here boss. The only chick that's allowed to drive my car is my sister because she can afford to replace it and the wife because aside from being a good driver, she's the wife and the couch isn't comfortable enough for sleeping.

 

I'll let pretty much any one drive mine, as long as they have insurance.

 

last time i give my car to a girl for the day. when i looked at my car today I noticed all kinds of dirt and finger prints all over the outside of it. See what I get for trying to show a woman some trust. Never again.

 

That sucks. But, you know everyone will say that you shouldn't have done it in the first place.

 

yea I should have just paid the $15 a day late charge until I finally had time to take it myself.
