How worried should I be?

I had my tires rotated several weeks ago. Ever since I've had to inflate my tires about once every 7-10 days. Sometimes completely from a flat. I went to the dealer on Monday. They told me to take it to Michelin. Yes, I'm still rolling on stock rubber. Now I've noticed a "laceration" looking split in my front driverside on the sidewall. It looks like the kind of cut you see on a boxer's eyelid. What's going on? Is this a warranty isuue?

Interesting. I have the same thing on my drivers side tire. I notice it several months ago. I don't loose air and I don't drive the car that often. In fact I keep forgetting about it. Have to have it check.
The tires and wheels came from a guy who brought a 03-6-speed and he had his own wheels so he gave them to me.
I wonder if anyone else have had this problem.

If you have any and I do mean ANY lacerations extreme air pressure loss unusual wear it is NOW time to get it looked at .If a tire blows out at speed you could be in for a helluva surprise or worse .Some tire issues are indeed warrantable but only though a Michelin tire dealer or a car dealer set up to be a Michelin dealer .Tires are where the machine meets the pavement any issues there can potentially kill you or others so get it to a dealer and get it fixed replaced whatever it takes .

Is your rim bent at all? Look on the inside of the wheel too

Thanks I'll go to sears asap. It seems dangerous, sometimes I'm a little scared to put air inside. So I go to a digital refilling machine so I don't overfill. And it locks onto to the tire while pumping the air. That way I don't have to keep my hands and face down there.

No, there are no bends or cracks in the stock rim that I can see.
