How much for (Comptech) spring install?

How much should it cost to install some Comptech Springs? I know that the struts need to be removed, and that it takes a couple hours of labor for the rear, and a few hours for the front.

I called Midas and they want nearly $600!!! I called a local garage in Kensington and they told me $714!! My Acura dealer seems very reasonable at $320.

I searched and found some people paying $80 or even $60 in SoCal, that can't be normal-

Anyone know of a cheap place to have springs installed in the DC/Baltimore area? I have a friend who says he can help me w/ the install, but kinda want to leave it up to a pro if I decide to take the leap-

I paid $500 install for both CT Springs and Sways at an Acura Dealer. I think it went like this. $380 for CT Springs and $120 for CT Sways.

Some of you guys got some damn good prices from your Acura Dealer. I got $515.00 for the install from the Atlanta area Acura dealers.
I wound up going to a local tire chain that installed and gave me an alignment for $250.00. Couldn't pass that up.

$250-255 sounds right. $60 seems too low, and $700+ is just crazy- If I could get away with $300 including alignment, that'll be awesome-

Should I try calling some small tire shops? Is the install of springs on our Acuras something a shop could mess up?

This question is for all of you living in areas of winter snow. Should I wait to install springs in the "spring" after winter? Could Comptechs affect winter driving?
