I'm definitely a Comptech guy.
Nobody puts more research into products built for our car.
I just got the cans and love them.

Comptech is LOUDER then HKS. They both look good, and both DONT sound ricey. HKS is a bit bigger though.

Go Comptech. You can find it for less than $600 if you look around on the net...but not by much though.

Comptech is deep....... SLIGHTLY louder then the HKS (we did a live comparrison at a chicago meet last year). Honestly, it's barely noticable. Just pick one for looks, the sound difference is not very different.

I like the comptech tips much better than the HKS. The size is perfect and the thick edges of the tips look awesome.

Comptech is def louder. My HKS are only loud from 2K to about 3K rpm. After that the exhaust is very silent and the engine roar really stands out.

I have heard sound clips from both and the HKS sounded deeper maybe thats what through me off.

OK here is a new question, which one has less drone at about 2Krpm(highway speed in 6th gear)

alright thanx guys hks is louder from what ive heard at low rpms but kind of dies out after 3 -4 k rpm, so i might just go for comptech thanx guys, but still considering the hudred dollar difference in price im only 16 not to much income

That's absolutley wrong. Comptechs are louder at ALL RPM ranges in comparrison to the HKS.
