help help For those who have tested the legend/nsx brake swap

"IF ONE WERE GOING THE LEGEND CALIPER ROUTE, WHAT ROTORS WOULD U RECOMMEND, I AM TRYING TO AVOID THE STOCK ROTORS, AND WHAT PADS is recommended with minimum or no noise and brake dust"
or could i use the stock pads

4 EXAMPLE":

racing brake HP rotors (on Groupbuy rgt now!!!)
HAWK HPS BRAKe PADS AND GOODRIDGE STAINLESS BRAKE LINES!!!!!!

sb said smth abt getting ebc pads.

pls help!!! objectives are

1. No noise as i was told slotted/drilled seem to make more noise than the pln rotors.
2. lesss or no brake dust.

My Rotora slotted don't make any noise at all... I doubt that just from switching to Legend calipers would all of a sudden make a difference in sound...

the legend clipers are dual calipers and i am anticipating the noise amd dust based n the materials i expect to be using and people talk to their experience with brembos rotora etc.
i.e

legend calipers, racing brake hp rotors, hawk hps pads

i just wanted a rotor and brake combo that will avoid brake dust and noise.

i used the legend coupe calipers because the have the biggest pistons, the brembo rotor blanks and the aem brake pads. they work great a lot better stopping, no dust, no noise and no warping yet. the most important thing is to bed the pads in correctly or they will not work right here check out my install pics and review http://www.acura-cl.com/forums/showt...highlight=pads

one MORE quESTION

DO I USE AFTERMARKET PADS AND ROTORS WITH THE 2ND GENRATION(01-03) SPECS
OR I HAVE TO USE THE SPECS FOR A 95 ACURA LEGEND COUPE LS (93-95)

i.e if i am looking to get rotora's slotted on the website do i use a 95 legend as my search for the part # or do i use a 01 cl type s.

i thought all we needed from the legend was the caliper that is it. (not sure though)

yeah you use pads and rotors from the 01 cl not the legend. the rotors from the cl are bigger then the ones from the legen too, so use those. also the brake pads are the same for the cl and the legend, at least they were the same part number for the AEM pads i got.
