I got my CLS6 a couple months ago too. A little further along in my mods though and freaking love that color. I have SSM. You can go to http://www.navigation.com/is-bin/INT.../Default-Start to order your disk new or shop around in BM or ebay. Mine is still the original 03 disk. I thought about buying a new disk but I have a Android OS phone and now Google Maps on my phone has turn by turn voice plus traffic so it's just for looks and my hvac controls now lol

Yea, its most likely the disc then.

If youre inclined to do so, you might as well replace the headunit with a double-din navigation unit. The stock navi is way out-dated.

There could be a way to connect a pc to the screen via the navi input. That way your AC controls are still usable.

Depending on what fogs you use, yes. Stick with 35w kits though, the 55w kits are rediculously bright for foglight use. Keep 55w for the headlights.

You probably wont be able to run a 265 tire if you have plans to drop the car. A 255, yes.
