ok, so I've read the many threads about blacking out '01 headlight housings to make them blacked out like the '03's and such, but has anyone done the overlays?

i just cant justify buying '03 headlight housings for 300 bucks...but def want smoked headlights...

they're on ebay for like 20 bucks or so

also...which percentage would you guys recommend? 20% or 35%?

well if you're going to do it, at least go for the lighter one.

thats not bad i want the '03s but if the overlays will look that good i might just get them. i checked ebay and they got the overlays for the tails to. yea what percentage are those in the pic. got any other pics of them?

 

...the point of dimmer headlights?

 

the point is not so much that they will get dimmer, which you obviously know...the point is for the smoked look....and not like we're blacking them out or anything, im getting the lightest overlay they have available...thanks.
