Have about $1000 to spend . . .

what would you recommend me spending the money on? I'm bringing the car in the shop today, but have not decided what parts to get. Will it be enough to get some suspension? Or the other thought I have is maybe spending the money on a header. I know a header might cost a few bucks more. But do you think a header is the way to go or suspension parts? If you had to choose one, which one would it be? Thanks for your helpful advice!!!!!!!! Also if you can include brand names and prices that would be very helpful. Thanks again!

Suspension. Those damn headers are too expensive.

Well the headers with install should be like $1,400 so get those if possible. But if not get the AEM CAI with Bypass valve and the Comptech Exhaust, It sounds so awesome when you are inside the car and I had doubts about it but after hearing one in person it is sweet.

springs/suspension and tires. Although you could save a little more some money and get the headers

sways/ springs and AEM CAI. Then go for tires when the stock ones wear out.

first off, do you want to improve handling or acceleration?
the single best for handling=tires
accel=headers or intake(cheapest)

for your $1000 you can do tires and intake and have some change.
have fun

Headers...I would look to buy it off someone with a v6 accord.
I would probably spend that $1k on suspension...maybe some Nex($900 retail)...I know I might have thought badly about them...but if they ride cool...then I'm all for them...and install will be like $100...

If your firm on the 1k and can't get headers then i would get the Toyos and sways. your car will be tighter and lots more grip.

I would get a V1 radar locator, the Comptec Sways, and some Zaino.
