getting cross-drilled roters
Buying the roters is one thing but after that is there any other
mechanical work to be done as far as instalation and hard ware? do you just put them on the car w/ out doing anything else and drive off as if they were the stock roters. Thanks

Pads too -- good idea...
The change in pads would be something to consider (Porterfield R4S [what I'm going to change to when the time comes], and others brands that members like here).
You should make sure that the system is bled with the Honda DOT-3 fluid or the Motul 600, Ate Super Blue, or other DOT-4/higher temp fluid. Nice rotors and pads deserve some "fresh" brake fluid -- it degrades with time.

As this post is brake related I m going to hijack a bit. Anyone painted thier calipers? I think it looks pretty sweet on the right car. I was hoping for pics if anyone had done it...
