Just wondering how many people were told the car comes with 2 free navi upgrades when you bought your car. Did anybody actually get them. Oh.. and when did you buy your car?

yes i was promised 2 free navi dvds.....when i came to collect on it, they acted as if i was crazy...shady ass salesmen.....so i bitched to the sales mgr and he agreed to reimburse me for only one....

i wasnt so upset w/the price cuz its only $150, but the principle of the fact that their sales guys promised it, they faked like they didnt knwo what i was talking about.

this will prob be my last acura.

btw, i bought my car on 8/00 also

They made the promise to me back in June 2000 when I bought my RED CL-S and I held them to it.

I got version 2.05 free from them when it first came out.

No nothing in writing, just LOTS of negotiating with the General Manager of the dealership.
I guess I’m more convincing then Dean although he’s had other problems at Lehigh Valley Acura so I guess that was going against him.

The Sales Manager authorized the parts dept to order version 2.05 when it came out and I picked it up when it came in.
I guess it helped that I had purchased FOUR cars there since 1991 and always have both my Acura’s serviced there.

The salesman made it a point to tell me that there were NOT any free upgrades when I bought my 6-Speed.
I guess the GM made him say that.
