Fog (Driving lights) Light Replacements

Does anyone know if there are any aftermarket fog light kits that can replace the useless fog lights on the 2001 CL?

You can put the Polarg m-6s in there they are 18w compared to 5w.

No replacement light kit available. Search list on replacement lights.....
