Finally got the brakes done...Read on...

So first off, 3 of those fuckers all gave me different mileages that they WOULD replace the brakes up to.

The problem was the rotors, which needed to be turned. Also, there was only 50% left on my brake pads, so I had those replaced too.

TOTALLY DIFFERENT CAR NOW!!!

I think they just did the front 2.

The mileage is at 24K. Whats yours at?

Also, 3 different service people all gave me different mileages that the rotors were covered up to.

So, in other words, they didn't even know WTF they were talking about....

Mine is at around 2930 or so, low miles, but just trying to get a heads up on this thing because it seems to be a prob. for some here on the forum. Prob. the stock pads are just shit and eating up the front rotors.
Might just have to upgrade soon.

Did service give you any kind of logical response as to why or just the same BS
we all hear?

Nova,

Call Mike at Karen Radley. He was the one that told me they'd fix it under warranty.

(If they give you a hard time, tell them how we give equal press to good and bad service and that if they help you, you could probably bring them business).

I'm making an apointment there for my 30K service!
