Ill be running both.

The Ingalls setup is better simply because it has the most leverage on the motor.

Pretend you have a pole thats wobbling in the wind, if you grab the bottom (NRG dampeners in stock location) you may slow it down, but its not stopping the swaying motion. If you grab the top though (Ingalls dampener location), its going to slow it down much more.

Mine is also on the truck today, just waiting for it to get here. I ordered through Corsport USA and it was shipped directly from ingalls, im sure he did the same, or just ordered direct. I had no idea how long the GB would take so i paid the extra to have it now.

It looks like you have a blower. I do as well. I'm looking hard at this mod since I just put new front and rear mounts on when I performed the TB procedure. If this can extend their life a little I may put it on the agenda.

Thanks.

Check out my thread if you have a Cusco Strut bar. The bar will not fit with this mod.

The NRG wont disappear as long as you use thread tape on bolts (the same tape you use for plumbing stuff). Ive got over 40k miles on them and they havent gone anywhere.

No you dont need a spacer for the stock bar. The stock bar is nowhere near as stiff as the Cusco/CT/Neuspeed bars.

Yes, the kit was proto-typed on a CL with the Comptech titanium strut bar brace so there should be no problems with that. The Comptech STB makes it a bit more difficult to install, because the ends are fixed and the strut bolts are angled in. Also, with the Comptech STB, they may want to purchase another strut tower bracket to space up the driver's side so the bar remains level and fits properly. The bracket could be trimmed down to just a spacer. That is what we ended up doing on our test vehicle. We do not have any untrimmed strut brackets at this time, unless demand warrants them.

You can see the pictures of the install with the Comptech STB in the instructions here:

LMFAO, even then if it had gone through Corsport, it would have added only a couple of hours to the delivery date (corsport is only like 30 miles from ingall's office)

I was talking about not wanting to wait around for the group buy through excelerate. I purchased through corsport because ordering it through them was cheaper than getting it direct from ingalls. I didn't know corsport wasnt the one shipping until the owner told me.

they do the 03-07 accord, but i don't think it has been verified on the 3g TL yet though, and even then it might be slightly different idk (but probably not likely though)

I just talked to Josh, the owner, on the phone.
He also said if we want to get another 20 people we could do the group buy again.

Hi,
The group buy just ended for the Ingalls torque damper.
If anyone's interested, I just talked to Josh, the owner, on the phone.
He also said if we want to get another 20 people we could do the group buy again.

I can keep a tab and contact him when we get enough people.

Mine just arrived and I went to my shop earlier today to have him cut the extra part of my extra bracket to make it a spacer. He did it for free, nice of him.
