My CLS was done at 9K!!! My Brembos on the G are spectacular. Yes, the dust is a pain in the ass, but I just keep a T-shirt in the trunk to wipe them down every other day or so and it's fine. The stopping power is fucking amazing with these things!!!

He also agrees with me on the issue of CAD/CAM and the fact that the manufacurers are building the brakes as just enough to stop the car.

He's not a proponent of grinding them down just takin enough surface off to be "baby butt" smooth.

I had my rotors and pads replaced at 1000 miles because I told the dealer about a squeal in stop and go traffic (known issue with Brembos, I found that out AFTER the fact) and the fuckers TURNED them. The rotors are 500 bucks a piece!!!
I went back, bitched at my dealer, and got 4 brand new Brembo Rotors/Pads and 4 brand new 18" rims because the morons used an airgun to remount the tires after they turned the rotors and scratched the shit out of every lug hole!!!
The only thing I really miss about Acura is the service I got from them.
