Hey guys...I ordered my door sils on the 11th or whatever the last day was...how long does it take to get to me?

 

I was wondering the same, but mine was the 17th

 

I am wondering the same thing. I appreciate the discount on the sills but I also like things immediately and that is not happening.

 

I order my self a set on the 11th and i just recived them yesterday. They are coming from Georga and i live in CT so that is only a 2 day shipping. Just wate until the end of next week and i bet you will have them.
If not ask Austin .

ordered mine on the 10th..still no news yet..and he's not answering my emails too

if i dont get it next week..fuck it..i should just cancel the order

 

You guys have to give Jeff some more time. He'll come through for you. Sure the shipping times aren't that great, but at least he's an honest guy.

 

Dont worry you have austin on your side and you can get him almost anytime. I bet he will read this post any time now.

He's not very good usually about responding to e-mails. Give him a call.

 

17 days after Jeff said he shipped my sills, still nothing.
I emailed him every other day, no response........

What can we do??

 

BTW, the sills look awesome...just be careful when you close the door...make sure your seatbelt buckle doesnt get caught...thats a primo dent.

 

Also, use some other kind of ashesive. i used the 3M Super Adhesive gel becasue as good as the double sided tape is, extra glue always helps.

 

i am also starting to worry a bit.

Hello if Austin or whoever can helped us?? It's exactly 22 days after I paid for the door sills. Paypal confirmed payment accepted.

No reply on emails, no door sills.

What can we do next?

 

I haven't gotten a reply to email either. Been waiting 22 days too. Maybe he's doing all the TL ones first the will start the CL's?

I waited a hell of a long time - about 5-6 weeks.
I ordered them a long time ago. But I did get them.

They're really nice, and worth the wait. Just be patient!

 

You guys are spoiled, some first gen'rs ordered their sets a few months ago and are still waiting.

 

i ordered mine on July 11th at about 9:30pm, 30minutes before the deadline and i got them a little over a week ago and im in CA.

but some of you are right. he or they are not very good at responding to emails. dont worry tho, im sure you'll get them.

 

just installed mine..they look really good..

 

I feel your pain! I ordered on the12th, was promised shipping on the 23rd, and got this reply from Jeff today:


this is Jeff from AP-Signworks. Austin just forwarded this email to me. So I'll let you know the situation regarding your sills and a bunch of other sills. Your sills were slated to go out on the 23rd, and I thought they did which is what I told you. Now that I've rechecked the shipping records, I see that your sills and a lot of other sills have not yet been shipped from the shop. We were just overwhelmed with the volume of these sills, the Acura Legend groupbuy we're doing as well as the Prelude groupbuy we've got. Honestly we ran out of sills before we got all of them out. The shop made fewer sills than I had anticipated due to some cutting problems, more sills had to be scrapped than normal, and plus we just couldn't cut them all in time. So the sills are currently at the shop getting the logos imprinted etc., and I'm hoping to ship them soon. I'm sorry for the delay, and the error in shipping date. We're primarily a wholesale shop and didn't anticipate this kind of response to this groupbuy.

That's why you only do one group of cars at a time. Otherwise they get overwhelmed. I had no idea there were Legends, & Prelude's invloved in this. Thoght it was only TL/CL.

 

Has anyone recieved them yet, i am coming to almost a month.

like i said...i sent my payment July 11th and had my sills on about July 25th. i dont think he's out to rip anybody off, just a little slow on shipping some orders.

 

I'm sure its all going to be kewl....just that I'm anxious to get them...cant wait kinda thing......I think more people have that kind of feeling, rather than the worry of rip off......

He mentioned that they were fitting the allum. floormats and would have that done in about a week after we last spoke (July 11th) I might have to check that out too..
I wonder if he is going to do a groupbuy on those...
