I called my dealer today about my cracks in my drivers seat, and they said that they would replace the seats, but they have to see it first.......then order the new seat covers which takes 2-3 weeks, then put them on, which takes 2-4 hours. Does this sound right...........THEY AREN'T BITCHING OR GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND

 

I just had my drivers bottom seat portion replaced under warranty. They had it in stock and sent the car to a contractor to install.......Sounds fishy with the timing they gave you ! BUT, they do have to see it in person before going forward !

 

I might wait awhile(the end of summer), so it might get a little worse. Its no where near as bad as some of te pics I have seen, but it still bothers me!!!!!!

 

Mine was a second return rip ! I could see the yellow foam under the leather ! I pointed it out and TOLD them......FIX IT !

 

I have 3 light cracks that, when moved, you can see that cloth looking stuff. The biggest crack is about the size of a pinky nail clipping. I don't want it to get worse.......but atleast I know its under warranty!!!!!!

If its that easy to get new seats with a few cracks, I better head to my dealer.
