if the stain is on the outside, you can wet sand with 1500-2000 grit and then polish with some kind of plastic polish. i used meguire's plastix. how did you get the stain on the inside? did you clear your headlights? stain might just look like it's on the inside tho. try the wet sand and polish first.

How exactly do you wet sand LOL. Is it the same as sanding something down just have it wet lol????

go to auto zone or advance auto parts, and buy "Crystal view" its a whole kit with the sand paper, and the chemicals needed to fix your headlights...i hated the idea of walking up to the counter with a package of each type of sand paper, and then buy the whole bottle of plastix, when i only needed a little bit...this kit has EVERYTHING, and its 20 dollars, you cant beat it, good luck.

I just did mine the other day and I wetsanded for 10 min at each of these grits 800,1000,1500 alternating direction b/t grit. Then buffed out with PlasticX. Came out well, but could have been better if I went up to 2000 and then 2500 grit IMO. They were very rough though. If you do wetsand do not press hard, just let the sandpaper do the work, and wet often. Oh, also tape off the fender and bumper cause you will not want to deal with the paint being sanded
