Default 01 Accord CLS6 Speed True Manual No Spark

i have an 01 Accord V6 with a J30A1 and an 05 TL 6 speed trans that i did a true manual swap on. Car ran with the auto ecu sensors and wiring harness. since the swap i get no spark but i get 12v power at the coils with the key on and 12v ground, fuel is good and car cranks but wont kick over. sounds like it wants to kick over but doesnt

i swapped the following parts
03 cls6 flywheel
03 cls6 flywheel crank sensor
03 cls6 front cam backing plate/cam gear &sensors
03 cls6 crank gear and sensor
03 cls6 manual ecu
03 cls6 manual engine harness
re wired my stock A clip to the cls6 E clip

i also had the trans clutch housing worked by Paul to fit the 03 CLS6 crank sensor.

any suggestions?

Are you sure it's not just the Immobilizer? That would be no fuel though, with spark.

Another thing is that you have to press the clutch pedal to start the car. Make sure that switch on the pedal is fully depressed. There are two switches on the pedal, and the pedal might not be able to be depressed fully. You will need to install spacers on the pedal ( I used 2 nuts from Ace hardware).

i pulled the immobilizer on both ecus that i have for the cls6. i have fuel but i dont have spark. i have 4 washers on each clutch master cylinder bolts and still nothing

Well as long as you're getting the slim shady chica chica, then it's not the clutch pedal. Hmm, that only leaves the wiring for the spark. Not sure how that E clip business works, so I can't help there.

Have you tested the crank position sensor wiring to make sure its getting the signal to the ecu?

Today I check my fuses again and found a blown fuse. My fuel pump primes with key on and main relay clicks on. Need to test tomorrow if power is going out or not. Also tested cam sensors are getting 12v power and ground with key on and coils are the same but no spark. I'll have to check the crank sensor tomorrow. All my sensors and wiring is brand new for this swap I'm just confused as to why it cranks and doesn't start if everything is new, timing is on the money and my e clip wiring is on the money...

So the 98 av6 doesnt come with a pin A7(VREF) like the 01\02 does. Anyone know where to splice in the 03CLS6 E6(VCC3) to on a 98 model? Also, where does the E7 go into? ive been searching for days with no luck.

my pinout is a little different. i was scratching my head at VCC3 and SG3 since the A/T harnesses don't have this, but you actually showed why i shouldn't call you that because VREF from E behaves exactly like E6 YEL/BLU.
