Looks like front cylinder head valve cover gasket leaks?
In addition, the red arrow points to the #6 camshaft thrust cover assembly in the picture & on the link below.
It is common for the #13 O-ring to leak on J-series engines.
Maybe use a can of brake clean (when engine is cold) and hose down this area as well as the front head area, where the valve cover meets the head, and monitor to pin point said leaks? Front Cylinder Head - 2007 Acura TL 4 Door BASE (NAVIGATION) KA 5AT (acurapartswarehouse.com)
Im going to do just that clean it and then see where its coming from.

Divide those stains by 17 years. Not losing oil currently so not sure what is the upside of changing the gaskets and risking turning this into a real leak.

bad advice? You’re the only one here that has a true visual of your car and can ascertain what is truly broken by inspecting. We can only provide potential solutions and it is your job to rule them out.
You’ve created countless threads about trying to fix your car only to break something else. Then when given advice, you state that you’re planning on selling the car so don’t want to put too much into it. Why not just sell the car as is and let the next owner take care of the problems pricing the car accordingly rather than half ass fixes .
