Cure for slow-revving car?

When I WOT my stock CLS, it takes forever to get through the rpm range. What's the mod that most improves that - pulleys?

It's almost to the point of frustration where I am willing to blow some money to improve that aspect of the car.

And yes I'm sure supercharging or turbocharging it would fix the problem as well but that's out of the question.

well... if you had a stick i would say a lightened flywheel.

other than some kind of forced induction, i can think of anything past pulleys and headers.

getting rid of some unsprung weight would definitely help.

i don't know how well the VTEC controller works on our cars, but I'm sure assigning the VTEC to kick in earlier in the RPM range helps too.

You checked your IMRC Actuator lately ??

My car was definitely down on power while it was broke!
