@CL6 Sean
Just curious, did you score one or both of those alt. pulley's from Jon Bond Performance? LOL.
When I put the link up the price was $499.99 & two in stock. Now there are zero in stock at $299.99.

Jon Bond emailed back saying they didn't have any in stock.
Hey Zeta,
I took care of CLS6 Sean. Sold him the HBP.
Good looking out.
Are you running the default CT-E 3.0" pulley on the swapped accord?

619rcr had a spare one.
Thanks so much! I'd be stuck without your help.
No problem.
For future reference, As Karanx7 mentioned above about having one made, the guy below claims he had an HBP Alt. pulley and S/C'er pulley(?) made at South Florida Pulley.

Granted there is less work that goes into the machining of a SC pulley verses the Alt pulley. Both places provide an excellent service in my opinion, cant go wrong with either.

It is definitely easier to change the SC pulley for sure. For the sake of belt slip increasing pulley diameter to generate a fast blower speed is better. I thought I had a line on an ALT HBP for $100 but it fell through that is what led me to find Jon Bond and South FL Pulley. The fact that I got both SC pulleys made for less than I could by the one form JB pretty much made the decision for me.
I must have missed that post. I emailed the company to see if they could make a 6 rib version of the alternator pulley. Would save me the trouble of having to go turbo lol.

Nice!
I'm sure you already did your measurements; however, It looks like there is about 24/64ths (3/8') to extend out before the frame rail gets involved for the alt pulley. I'm thinking that's enough room to get 2 more ribs with a thin side guide wall?
They should be able to take the 4 rib 'file' they used, back in the day, and modify it to make a six rib?
I'd like to see the 6 rib S/C'er pulley as well.
Good Luck!
Quick and dirty measurement:
From the edge of the HBP.
Looks like the adjuster pulley has enough meat to handle the wider belt as well.
It looks like they may be able to make a pulley set for me. I will have to investigate into what diameters I want for the pulleys. Obviously, the alternator half of the pulley will stay the same, but I'll probably change the rest.
I'll probably go with the regular HBP diameter of 3.3" for the drive pulley. Do you guys have any recommendations for the blower pulley diameter?
Assuming the 2G crank pulley diameter is the same as the 3G, then the stock diameter pulley is 7.125" diameter. The OEM alternator pulley diameter is 2.625" which gives a pulley ratio of 2.71. With a 7200 rpm redline shift, the alternator pulley would be spinning at 19,535rpm. The pulley ratio from the 3.3" HBP to the 3.8" CT Blower pulley is 0.87. This means the supercharger would spin at almost 17,000rpm at redline. I don't think I should spin a M90 any faster than that, so maybe the 3.8" diameter is fine.
On their 'Home' page they have stated: If you need a specific pulley and cant find it then give us a call or drop us an info@pulleyboys.com and we will quote you on a custom pulley.'

hello, I just purchased a low miles origional comptech CL and I had some questions. I’m looking to find a high boost pulley, I already have it ported from TB to the runners, all lightweight pullies, and an upgraded TB. I’m looking at getting the alternator pulley but I also heard there is another for the supercharger itself. But what do I need to safely do this as I’m sure at this point I may be maxing out my fuel already. My next goal is to buy an upgraded fuel rail and fuel lines from p2r as I already have the kit that comes with the car and I’m hoping that will give me the room I need for the pullies. Thanks in advance
