CL type S stainless door sills
CL type S stainless door sills
I was going through a bunch of pics of CL's and I saw one car had stainless CL type S door sills and i've been looking for them forever but cant find them. Does anyone know where to get these?
I've seen these before on here years ago. I think they would match my interior with the brushed aluminum really well.
I remember it was one site in particular that made them. Don't think they do anymore.
However I believe there were some made for the TL that simply said "Type S" that could be used instead...
Doesn't RonDog have some of these in his car???

yes these were made a long time ago back in the day. I doubt they are still produced at all. http://www.autovationparts.com/store/acuracl.html They have door sills but no writing on them. I am using the old autovation pedals that say type s on them still. Been on my car for over 6 years now.
Here are my pedals need to be cleaned tho.

I wanna say Supercomputer was the vendor, the same one who did the pedal set. Either the vendor is no longer present on this website or changed his name. If anyone tracks him down maybe we can generate enough revenue to get these made again.
I have a feeling Fuzzy will know!

I found a OLD forum where i saw you had a couple pairs fuzzy...but are they still available? were they factory? ( id think they were ) or some custom place? i dont know exactly from that link above, looks like they can maybe be custom made, lookin for some input from you perhaps?

Yes i left the rubber on the gas pedal because that is what i was instructed to do by the instructions. Im not sure you can remove rubber from gas pedal. it had me remove the brake and clutch rubber but said to screw directly into the rubber on the gas pedal. Works fine for me.
no rubber on the gas pedal to even start with only plastic, so you can't rally even remove it in the first place anyways (plastic works, cause you hardly even push that pedal, compared to say a clutch or brake pedal witch are all steel)

Maybe a company could custom them if you took dimensions. They are made out of thin aluminum & laser etched.
