CL-S Timing belt replacement . . .

Getting close to 104,000 miles. When the belt gets done, besides the water pump, are there belt idlers/tensioner to replace also? If so, how many?

Replace all the belts and seals and you are set. By all the belts, the tbelt and the serpentine belt.
