Checked between my radiator & condensor
Found enough feathers, bugs and plant matter to make an eagles nest.
Thought I'd suggest others take a look.
The fans came out very easily & I sprayed water from the fan side into the radiator and it all washed away.
Just a heads up.

On the topic of cleaning, I wonder how many people change their cabin filter.
I'd do anything for my Integra to have a cabin filter. So much crap gets into the evaporator that over a long period of time if it's not well taken care of, it will stink pretty damn bad. That's the case I'm in right now. I bought my Integra used and I don't think the previous owner ever had the AC unit cleaned.

The hard part was running the hoses. No need to pull the bumper cover full access under the black plastic liner that sits behind the bumper in front of the radiator core.
I replaced my cabin filter a few months ago the old one was not that bad, the PO was almost as up on maintenance as I am.

About an hour and a half including a couple of five minute "breaks"
I got the cooler about five years ago for my 3.0 CL after the tranny died, the shop that rebuilt it said it was not necessary so it has been sitting all this time.

It looks just like the one Comptech sells, it is the LPD4452, the 27 plate unit.

Total time including putting away the hose/ratchet <5 minutes, and years of junk completely gone.

How is blowing it into the fans doing it right? I spent 10 seconds per bolt, removed the fans, sent the debris that was stuck in the radiator back out the way it came & then cleaned it all out of the tray.

Okay so why not use compressed air the other way, from the fan moving forward. Don't get me wrong, i'm not saying your way is incorrect or my way is correct. I just prefer to do it this way.
