just hit 135k miles

any basic checks I can do to ensure an even longer life for my car? Also any major parts that shouldve been replaced by now (the car had timing belt done at 100k)?

I would change spark plugs, brake fluid (bleed brakes and refill with new fluid)
If its Auto then ATF evey 20-30K. Check your tranny mounts and engin mounts (my tranny mounts were broken) Also check stabilizer bar links (mine were loose and needed changing at 130K) How are your shocks holding up?
I have 160K and need new shocks.

I replaced the shocks when I bought the car @ about 128K miles, how often do those need to be done?

My shocks are kinda rough since its lowered and Im not sure how many miles are actually on them, was planning on replacing suspension end of spring/beginning of summer.

When it gets warmer(hopefully by April ) I was replacing my engine mounts and doing a brake upgrade along with transmission and radiator flush

So besides those anything else? lol

Just check just about everything you can, cooling system, belts, brakes, oil, spark plugs, shocks, listen for any weird noises. Look for signs of uneven wear on your tires. Listen for any ticking from your valves, don't get it mixed up with injector noise. I'm not sure if these engines need valve adjustments after a certain mileage. Can anyone confirm?

It says to "check valve clearance when engine is cold" @ 120,000mi/6yrs then every 90,000mi/5yrs.

There you go. I know the E46 m3's need continues valve adjustments and they need special tools just like any BMW. Usually hondas are good with the valve adjustments, they go for quite a while without adjustments because they don't have very tight clearances.
