Check engine light on. STP injector cleaner?
Check engine light on. STP injector cleaner?
The check engine light came on just yesterday but the car drives normal and there is nothing unusual. The only thing I could think of is the STP injector cleaner that I put in on a full tank. Could it be the issue? Anyone had this happen because of an additive?

make sure your gascap is on tight cause that effects your codes.
go to a local autozone and have them check the code for free, that way you can find out if its something serious in less than 5 min.

PS. if it is the gas cap... does the light need to be reset or it will go away on it's own?
