CEL blinking, please help

CEL blinking, please help
After I start my car, my CEL blinnks for about 5 seconds. I know it normally stays on, but this is longer, after all the other lights go out, it will blink a few times then go away and this is only when I start the car. It started happening when I was at around 49,900 miles. I figure its just some kind of service reminder but I don't see a big 50K service in the book
