Blank fog light insert. Anyone have them that put fog lights in instead??

Blank fog light insert. Anyone have them that put fog lights in instead??
Well i was driving on the highway when some guy didn't even try to avoid a truck tire retread and he kicked it up and it flew into my grill. Got to work and looked it broke the drivers side plastic fog light insert right out of the grill. So now its a hole in my bumper ouch. 
So has anyone taken these out and put fog lights in instead and have them laying around still? really don't want to have to buy it from the dealer.

There are many threads about replacing the bumper garnish with the '01-'02 roadlamps....but are pretty much non functional and a pain in the ass to wire to a switch in the cabin. Others have recently cut up and modified Accord foglights to "fit" the CL, but the results don't score up there with a "perfect fit." Just best to keep the inserts.
