Take for instance my old Typhoon. One day I ran a 13.24 and two weeks later couldn't get below a 13.7. One month later I was runing 13.3 - 13.4. Nobody was running well on Sunday; would you expect an SC430 to run in the low 15's?? I expected Rick in his GS4 with Intake and Exhaust to be in the low 14s.

But IMO, as I have tried to show in comparing specifications, the 6-Speed would be quite capable of running with a GS4 stock for stock. But the GS4 will out class the CLS all of the time!!
I have no doubt your car is faster than my GS400 for now anyways I just speaking from an incounter with a local 6sp guy that tried me. He stayed with me to like the end of 2nd gear than I started to pull hard I say about a 1.5 car length and he never gained that lost distance! That was with the same setup Rick had plus my 20s which by the way weights 50lbs per rim and tire.

Nope, I was always about 1.5 to 2 MPH higher in most runs. In that particular run my trap was 98.14 and Rick's was 95.85 which was one of his slower. He was up in the 97's a couple of times.

I am free tomorrow morning and maybe tomorrow afternoon too. I really wanted to meet you guys too! Joe seems to be a really nice kid.

Yes DrRick mph were on the low side but he was very consisted in his times. I ran a bit quicker in the 1/4 than him but that is up here in MD, plus I have Stock exhaust so my lowend TQ is slitely stronger down low. I also had wider Stock tires than him if I'm not mistaken 255/35/17s in the REAR and I bet he had 235/35/17. But yes I bet Scalbert is putting more to the ground then Dr.Rick or me. I just don't understand how you guy in the Auto with no modds say you ran low 14s or mid 14s. Now Scalbert I could see him in the 14s or high 13s for sure...6sp and mods is a deadly combo!!!
