Because I had a similar problem where everytime I would press the accelerator to start moving or evertime i would press the brake to slow down I would hear this weird creaking/squeaking coming from what I thought was the pedal assembly.

I took it to the dealer and guess what it turned out to be?

The problem was that my front windsheild has some how become a little loose so the sound I was hearing was from the momentum of either starting to move or slowing down which caused the glass to move a little.

I thought that was pretty cool that they figured out the cause and also had no problem remounting my whole windsheild to fix the noise.
