Bad afternoon for me today.

While cruising in tight 45mph traffic in the left lane the person in front of me started drifting towards the left line.
I held my position straght in my lane since driving in a unfamiler area.
Then I seen a pot hole and other road damage but,it was too late.I heard it bang on the drivers wheel.
Got home and looked and drivers side front and passenger rear rim are both bent.
As of now I can buy one new but, I've been wondering how much would it cost to repair both.

Will repairing the wheels end up looking right by not chipping off the clear coat on the lips or blistering when they straghten the wheels?

Sorry to hear that. I have been down that road before, the cost of repairing depends on what type of finish you have on your wheels and how much damage. Chrome wheels cost more to fix than other type finishes and if you find a reputable repair place you won't be able to tell the diffference. If you want absolute peace of mind then just buy new ones.

time for some aftermarket wheels

kinda need to see pictures of the wheels to see if they are fixable (and the coating is proably already damaged from the flexing at the bends; and will be damaged more when trying to repair the wheel)

The wheels I have I think are pretty nice but,I have been looking into some differnt options.

People use heat to get the wheel to bend back far as I know.
Thats why I'm also thinking the finsh might getted damaged.
if theres not a crack that needs to be fixed ,sometime you can make it crack bending it back and will end up having to fix the crack too.

ether way the wheels will more then likely have to be refinished,

and i would be hesistent (sp?) to putting a wheel that has had a crack welded up; back onto my car (even if it had a perfect welding job)

The only reason it really sucks too me is now my money going for damage/maintence instead of future mods.
The car dont run on just gas and oil.

How bad?

Before you decide which road to go down, you should find out if you can even fix the wheels you have now.

first off all you need a drop. and tires

second rims are 100% repairable and i know shop in my area that would fix that for 100-130$ per rim

yeah they look to be completely fixable by those pictures,

also i would closely at those tires for any bubbleing and such in the sidewall, cause considering the rim got bent, the tires might have internal damage with seperating plys and such,
and if any such damage to the tires, they need to be replaced again
