i've seen a GTI at englishtown run about the same. VR6 w/ turbo.

It's a 1.8t in the video with the Stage III Turbo upgrade.

290hp/296ft-lb on 93 octane.
338hp/325ft-lb on 100 octane.

Not bad for $4k

True, but apparantly that will be fixed for 04 along with the dreaded window regulators.

So far I have been lucky! No failed coil packs and haven't had any windows drop. I haven't taken it to the track, but I will in the spring...see how it goes!
