Apparently, Mike can't read subject lines otherwise he'd know that CLPower asked for "the address" - (not directions)

sheesh...

1602 Via Cancion
San Marcos, CA 92069

...or, maybe the directions will do...

McDonalds is off of Via De La Valle (east of the 5 freeway 1/2 block)..in case you're interested in meeting up with us at 11:30am... it's only about another 20 mins (10, the way you drive!) south of Carlsbad off the 5.)

OK one more post.....since there is apparently some interest.

A bunch of us are headed to the Carlsbad Raceway (drag strip) tomorrow (Feb 3rd) for a little fun. Any of you are welcome to join in. (FYI - It's about 20-30 mins away from the Irvine Spectrum where we had the last SoCal CL/TL meet)..weather is predicted to be great!

Here's the schedule:

11:30am - traditional pre-meet meet at McDonalds. I-5 at Via De La Valle.. it's just east of the freeway - as you enter the McDonald's parking lot, we park on the right in the bank parking lot (safer!)

12:00pm - caravaning up to Carlsbad Raceway (15 min drive) Directions and address are above in this thread.

The dragstrip has about a ~$12 gate fee and another $10 if you want to race all afternoon. Helmets (driving or motorcycle) are required as are long pants (jeans).

Gates open at 1pm - we plan to be there about 12:30pm.

Racing starts at 2pm and goes until ~dusk.

It should be pretty easy to find us - just like for the black CL-S with 'Bonez' on the license plate

Mike's going, I'm going, CLPower's going, and I think one of Mike's co-workers also- 2 of the guys I work with are coming too (one with a C5 vette and the other with a decked out Camaro)

Should be a blast - we'll be sure to share pics and timeslips

Here's to me blowing Mike and his headers away with my stock CL-S because my reflexes are better lol
